  • 2 pounds sweet corn frozen
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1-2 tsp. Cajun seasoning


  • Thaw corn in fridge or under running water and then drain.
  • Combine all the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until hot through.
  • Stir well. Taste for salt and serve.
