Slow Cooker Creamed Corn
Creamed corn is the perfect side dish for dinner or the holidays. This rich and creamy slow cooker version only takes five minutes to throw together.
Servings: 4 people
- 2 pounds sweet corn frozen
- 8 oz cream cheese cubed
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1-2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Thaw corn in fridge or under running water and then drain.
Combine all the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until hot through.
Stir well. Taste for salt and serve.
