Notes
Make It Without Liquor (Virgin Martini)Got some younger guests or somebody who needs to skip the booze? No problem! Leave the vodka and triple sec out and use 2oz of club soda or 7Up instead. The 7UP will make a sweeter more kid friendly drink and club soda will make a less sweet, more grown up drink. Garnish these with a maraschino cherry if you like! Make sure you still use that sugared rim - the kids LOVE it!How to Rim a Cocktail Glass With SugarBuy a nice chunky sugar – often using a shiny crystal sugar intended to be used to decorate cupcakes works great.(I find it in the baking section of the grocery store with the other sprinkles.)Use a lemon to get the rim of the glass damp and then dip the glass in sugar. Instant sparkle!
