Ingredients

bottle pancake syrup – any brand
24oz
½
cup
salted butter
1
tsp.
vanilla extract
¼
tsp.
Mapaline imitation maple extract
¼
tsp.
cinnamon
Instructions
Add everything to a sauce pan and heat over medium high whisking occasionally until butter is melted. Serve warm.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for a month and reheated as needed.
