Ingredients
16ozlow fat sour cream
1packagepowdered ranch mix
1.5tsp.taco seasoning
10ozRotel brand tomatoes drainedor 1 cup of your favorite salsa
2Tbsp.cilantrominced
1cupMexican blend cheesefinally shredded
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients and stir.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Notes
This is a great recipe to mix things up a bit. I like the low fat sour cream because you can't tell it is in there and you save a few calories. However, be careful to pick a quality brand. I find most store brands of low fat sour cream are nasty. Tillamook is my brand of choice. The Rotel tomatoes give a nice zing but are not spicy. Some people prefer to use a favorite brand of salsa instead. The salsa does not need to be drained.
