Do you know how to make a great tartar sauce? All you gotta do is dump and stir! Anybody can do that and have something awesome to serve with fish. This recipe is a simple and classic version. (For the low-carb and keto crowd you could thin this sauce out with some lemon juice and toss it on salad!!! Trust me it is absolute heaven!
Stir all the ingredients together. Taste the sauce. Squeeze in a bit of lemon if you like a bit of the bright acidic flavor.
Cover and chill until ready to use.
Notes
This sauce develops flavor after sitting a few minutes. I like to make it a few minutes before I start dinner and let it sit in the fridge "melding" while I cook. Save in the fridge for up to two weeks.
